STRATEGIC PLAN

The Board of Directors of Monroe County United Ministries recently completed a Strategic Plan for 2013-2017. After considering organizational strengths, community need, and social trends, a plan was developed to guide MCUM’s innovation, leadership, and endurance in the coming years.
